🌸 about me
I enjoy helping people and organizations solve problems by employing a human-centered approach.
My background in Analytics.
In May 2018, I graduated from Penn State with a bachelor’s degree in Information Science and joined Deloitte's strategy and analytics team. There, I got the opportunity to build expertise in data visualization. I enjoyed doing data analysis and loved the visualization of the analysis and insights.
But, I wanted more.
Although I enjoyed my work in analytics, I felt a growing fascination with the human aspect of data. I wanted to integrate analytics with more understanding of the people behind the numbers, their behaviors, needs, and experiences.
This thing called HCI?
My interest in data visualization inspired me to explore data art, invisible user experience to interfaces, and a human-centered approach. In the evenings and weekends, I started teaching myself about the subject of user experience.
Making it all happen.
To pursue my interests further, I decided to join the Master’s program in HCI at Georgia Tech. This transition has marked a pivotal moment in my career as I shifted from interpreting data to shaping experiences. So far, it has been an enriching journey, and I look forward to continuing my quest to create meaningful experiences.
